At Elevate Venue Strategies LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality consulting services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our work is often customized and governed by individual quotes and contracts, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

 

Project-Based Services

  • All consulting engagements are subject to a signed agreement or quote that defines the scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

  • Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise specified in the contract.

 

Cancellation Before Project Start

  • If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparatory costs.

 

Deposits and Retainers

  • Deposits or retainers paid to secure project time are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

 

Dissatisfaction or Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us promptly at info@ElevateVenueStrategies.com. We will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and resolve issues.

  • Refunds based on dissatisfaction are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

 

Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
