Project-Based Services

All consulting engagements are subject to a signed agreement or quote that defines the scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Cancellation Before Project Start

If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparatory costs.
Deposits and Retainers

Deposits or retainers paid to secure project time are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.
Dissatisfaction or Disputes
